Roulette Payouts – $5 Bet Examples

This page takes the form of an FAQ and uses a $5 bet placed on various roulette betting positions and provides the subsequent payout. It is important to remember that zero (0) and double-zero (00) which are green are considered numbers and are neither odd or even.

$5 on a Straight Up single number bet?

Straight Up bets are bets placed onto a sinlge number, such as 27, and pays 35:1 if you win. On a $5 wager you would receive $175 plus your original $5 wager. Remeber 0 and 00 are numbers like any other.

$5 placed on Split bet?

A Split Bet is any two adjoining numbers, such as 27 and 30 or 1 and 2, and pays 17:1 if you win. A $5 bet will win $85 plus your original wager.

$5 put on a Street bet?

Street bets are any three numbers, for example 7, 8, and 9 and pays 11:1 if you any three of your numbers come up. A $5 wager returns $55 plus your original bet.

$5 Corner bet?

Corners bets cover any four in a block like 22, 23, 25, and 26. Place your chip where all four numbers intersect. Corner bets pay 8:1 so you win returning $40 plus your original bet from a $5 wager.

$5 on a Double Street bet?

Double Street bets are any six numbers from two horizontal rows. Choosing 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, and 12 is an example of a Double Street wager. If you win you will get a 5:1 payout. Your $5 bet returns $25 plus your original bet.

$5 bet on the 1st Column?

The 1st column are numbers 1, 4, 7, 10, 13, 16, 19, 22, 25, 28, 31, 34 and pays 2:1 if the ball lands on any of them. Your $5 bet returns $10 plus your original bet.

$5 bet on the 2nd Column?

The 2nd column are numbers 2, 5, 8, 11, 14, 17, 20, 23, 26, 29, 32, 35 and pays 2:1 if the ball lands on any of them. Your $5 bet returns $10 plus your original bet.

$5 bet on the 3rd Column?

The 3rd column are numbers 3, 6, 9, 12, 15, 18, 21, 24, 27, 30, 33, 36 and pays 2:1 if the ball lands on any of them. Your $5 bet returns $10 plus your original bet.

$5 bet on 1st Dozen?

The 1st Dozen are numbers 1 to 12 and like Column bets pay 2:1. You get back $10 plus your original bet.

$5 bet on 2nd Dozen?

The 2nd Dozen are numbers 13 to 24 and like Column bets pay 2:1. You get back $10 plus your original bet.

$5 bet on 3rd Dozen?

The 3rd Dozen are numbers 25 to 36 and like Column bets pay 2:1. You get back $10 plus your original bet.

$5 Odd bet?

Odd bets are any number which is odd, 1, 3, 5, 7, etc. and pays 1:1. Odd bets are considered even-money bets and pays you $5 plus your original $5 bet. Zero is neither odd nor even and loses.

$5 Even bet?

Even bets are any number which is even, 2, 4, 6, 8, etc. and pays 1:1. Even bets are considered even-money bets and pays you $5 plus your original $5 bet. Zero is neither odd nor even and loses.

$5 bet on Red?

Red bets are any number which is Red and pays 1:1. Red bets are considered even-money bets and pays you $5 plus your original $5 bet. Zero is green and loses.

$5 bet on Black?

Black bets are any black number and pays 1:1. Black bets are considered even-money bets and pays you $5 plus your original $5 bet. Zero is green and loses.

$5 bet on 1-18?

Bets on 1-18 wins if any number between 1 – 18, inclusive, comes up and pays even-money. A $5 bet gets you $5 plus your original $5 bet. Zero loses.

$5 bet on 19-36?

Bets on 19-36 wins if any number between 1 – 18, inclusive, comes up and pays even-money. A $5 bet gets you $5 plus your original $5 bet. Zero loses.
